Dr. KRISHNA C. Y. S., working as Assistant. Professor in ICFAI LAW SCHOOL. Previously, I had experience teaching, mentoring, guiding and facilitating both PG-UG students of various Management and Engineering colleges in the State of Telangana, Karnataka. As an Educationist, Transformative Meditational Trainer, and Research Guide holds in pouch 23 years of experience. He had a Doctorate in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration, in 2000 from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, A.P., He started his career with a passion for teaching as a lecturer in SJECS Business School from 2000-02 located at Bangalore and dealt with the OB, CB, HRM subjects. Later his journey as Assistant Professor (H&S Dept.,) in the Jayaprakash Narayan College of Engineering, Mahabubnagar, T.G., from February 2002 to July 2006 went on. Due to his inclination to learn, hard work, achievement, and dedication the institution recognized him and promoted him to the next level as Assistant Professor and Incharge . H.O.D of MBA Dept., and continued later as promoted to Associate Professor position (2009-2011). When he had once highest Doctoral Degree from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, 2011 institute renewed him as PROFESSOR OF the MBA Dept., served in this position from 2011 to 2018. He was also visiting faculty at the ICFAI franchise located in Mahabubnagar, Telangana (2002-06), leading and guiding MBA/MCA aspirants. As part of my continuation of education M.Sc (psychology) from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University via Distance Mode of Education. In his pouch of academic credentials learning and for interdisciplinary pedagogical approach B.L. degree from Gulbarga University (2008) was pursued and online PG Diplomas in various Management, Psychology, and IT Strata’s procured. As an Academician his research bestowed ample publication in prominent journals like ABDC, SCOPUS/ELSEVIER and some are in the pipeline in the meanwhile, he traveled all over the world presenting papers in various INTERNATIONAL hosted CONFERENCES chaired by renowned Business School Faculty Fraternity decorated with a vibrant global audience. His Research ongoing guidance started as a Doctoral Research scholar in 2012, presently one doctoral work in progress and two in the pipeline. His enriching career was paved with a network of academicians and a building approach of interdisciplinary research collaborative cognizance with International and National daises like AGBA, AIMA, NFED, NHRD, MTC consortiums, and associations to sculpt self to changing scenarios and meet demands of corporate synergy.
