I'm not a software engineer, but I believe the technical term for this is "Mickey Mouse." Does Canvas believe that there is no need to annotate quiz submissions? Thanks for allowing me to vent.
Students have uploaded pdf files to a quiz and the annotation tools are not in the Docviewer. I have tried Firefox and Chrome. I have attached a screenshot.
