Bio:
My journey commenced in 1989 upon graduating from high school. Post-high school, I enlisted in the Army, serving as a Military Police Officer before transitioning to a civilian police officer role. After a rewarding 12-year career in law enforcement, I made the decision to further my education and returned to school.
In 2004, I embarked on a new phase of my career at Arkansas State University-Beebe, initially working with the Distance Learning programs. Over the years, my role evolved, and I transitioned to the ITS department while continuing to contribute to Distance Learning and Canvas initiatives.

No, we use single sign on and that would not work with any email address other than their university issued email address. Also, we would prefer to avoid any extra steps if possible.

Thanks but no, that's not the same issue. Our issue is needing to enroll unconfirmed accounts in courses manually right after account creation.
