Hi KristinL,  As far as I can tell we do not have a CSM. We have tried by creating tickets - nothing gets replied to. I've created multiple tickets and we have no point of contact due to turn over...

It feels like this is happening again ... nothing is being pushed to the Turnitin in our English classes and none are getting similarity reports ... did anyone ever find a work around besides reaching...
