What is the difference between using YouTube LTI in Rich Content Editor vs YouTube External Tool? We are on iPads.

The concept is needed and can be done on other platforms. Right now this process in Canvas is very frustrating and not very useful. It's disappointing that it seems like it wasn't tested for actual us...
