  SESSION DESCRIPTION

 

If you work in support, you know it requires having to roll up your sleeves and get dirty in order to tackle those Canvas-related tickets. In this interactive workshop for Canvas admins and support staff, participants will work in small groups and be challenged to troubleshoot common types of tickets ranging in difficulty. Discussions related to different solutions with the Canvas Support team will follow.
