In this release, Commons has updates for the Share page and the Resource Details page.
For Canvas users, to have Commons enabled in your Canvas account, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
The Share page has been reordered to show Sharing options first, and additional menus are displayed based on the selected sharing option. Headers on the Share page appear in the following order: Sharing and License (Update information, Sharing options, License, Version notes), Metadata (Title, Description, Tags, Image), and Grades and Outcomes (Grade/Level, Outcomes).
When a resource is shared with a sub-account, users see a loading animation if the sub-accounts list takes time to load.
Additionally, when a resource is shared publicly, users are prompted to tag the resource with Community Review. Although all resources in Commons can be reviewed by users, the inclusion of this tag helps identify resources for which a review has been actively requested by its author.
Resource Details Page
If all grades/levels are selected when a resource is shared, the Grade/Level is indicated as Any on the resource details page.
