[ARCHIVED] 5 Must Haves for New Quizzes

1. NQs MUST support dynamic links.
2. Blueprints MUST be able to Sync any edits to NQs.
3. Question Banks MUST be more accessible to more users w/out jumping through hoops.
4. Instructors MUST NOT click the breadcrumb to open or edit a New Quiz.
5. When NQs are copied, imported, or exported each semester, they MUST default to "Published".

I disagree with point 5.  When I copy anything from one course to another, I want it unpublished until I can verify that it is correct. That is especially true of any quiz
