[ARCHIVED] 502 Bad Gateway

On my Spanish assignment, why does it say 502 bad gateway at the bottom? It's supposed to come up with flipgrid so that I can record a video but now all of a sudden it doesn't work.

This type of error is impossible to troubleshoot from a distance, so if you haven't yet been able to resolve it on your own (and we hope you have!), please contact Canvas Support.
