I have many courses that students have completed. I set an end date for each course. There is no "conclude course" button on the right side of the settings page. How do I conclude these courses?

The blue box at the top of this Guide detail if you would be able to conclude a course on your own or not.  If not, you may need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department.

I am using a free teacher account and am not part of a school so there is no school administrator to contact. I can conclude courses that are unpublished. But published courses don't have the "conclude course" button. I have a large number of courses that have already ended just sitting in my dashboard because I can't conclude them, can't unpublish them, and can't delete them. This seems like a serious design flaw.
