[ARCHIVED] [ARCHIVED] How to set up Roll Call for a self-hosted installation?

We are running a self-hosted installation of Canvas on Google Cloud (using Bitnami deployment).  We would like to use the Roll Call attendance LTI.  Are there any instructions on how to set up Roll Call in this kind of environment?  On the GitHub page for Roll Call, it only gives instructions for setting it up for Canvas development with Docker.  This is not an option for our production site.

I'm having a similar problem with Roll Call Attendance installation. I'm a self-hosted using Ubuntu trying to install Roll Call Attendance but no success yet. I have search for this topic many days but still cannot solve yet.
