[ARCHIVED] [ARCHIVED] Student App grades do not match the grade entered in gradebook by teacher

Has anyone else seen this issue?

A student is viewing his grades in the Student App. His scores on the assignments are not what the teacher entered into the gradebook. All other instances of the scores are showing correct. Somewhere the Student App is changing each of the assignment grades by a few points.

Hi Jesse ~

That's really strange! Has this student submitted a Help ticket with Canvas Support? In the meantime, refresh the app (close out completely and restart) just to make sure that a grade wasn't entered then updated after the app was open.

Hi! I wanted to take a minute to check-in. Was the issue resolved with app and/or OS updates? If not, did you submit a ticket? If you have a few minutes to provide an update, that would be wonderful!

I had the student log out of their account in the app and relogin. That fixed the issue. Hasn't happened again!

I also have this issue. I'll ask the student to relogin. But it's a bummer for them, since their gradebook shows they received a perfect score, which is not accurate.
