I am an instructor and have a multilayered course and am wanting to transfer this into Canvas. What is the best way to do this?
Do I need to edit the existing course ( which is in another LMS) to make it more flat ( i.e. only a 2 layered course) or is it better to restructure once transferred to Canvas?
What is the best way to label modules ?

Good evening, @GaeryBarbery ...
Which LMS are you transferring content from into Canvas? There might be a way to import content from your current LMS to Canvas already...depending on which LMS you are using. There are a few Guides here in the Community website that you might want to take a look at...all located at:
Instructor Guide - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com)
Make sure you are looking at the Guides under the heading "Course Import Tool". Then, take a look at the Guides that begin, "How do I import content from..."
Do you think any of those Guides will be of help to you? Keep us posted here in the Community...thanks!
