[ARCHIVED] Accent Toolbar With Rich Content Editor

Hello!

I am a technology analyst for my district.  A teacher claims that their is an "accent toolbar" that can be added to Canvas for her foreign language classes.  This will enable herself and the students to use a foreign language toolbar within Canvas.  They are currently just switching to international keyboards. I know there are other Chrome Extensions, Character Map, and ALT codes, but I am only interested if there is an accent toolbar.  Through research, I am assuming this could be added through the Rich Content Editor, but I am unsure.

Right now, this is not a feature of the RCE, but it is an Idea that is open for conversation. It is one that has been open for a while, and it has quite the following. Please join the discussion and rate (star) the idea!
