How do I give my teaching assistant the ability to use speedgrader for submitted assignments on Canvas? He is currently unable to access speedgrader.

Nima,

The default permissions for a TA should give them access to Speedgrader.  Are you sure the TA was added to Canvas as a TA?  Go to the People tab and search for the person to confirm what role they were added as.

If they are added as a TA but can't access Speedgrader it means you school Canvas admin must have made some changes to the default permissions.  You'll likely need to speak with them about it.
