[ARCHIVED] Accidentally linked student accounts

I accidentally linked both my kids accounts together and now I can’t figure out how to undo it. Even when I type one login Id and password, they still come up as a joint account now with only one child’s name. Is there anyway to unlink them and get them back to how they were?? Please help

Did this happen when you were creating an Observer account, or did this happen with the student accounts? 

What happens if you start with a clean browser window? Finding Your Browser's Private Browsing Mode. 

Are your students using a district-supported version of Canvas?
