[ARCHIVED] Accidentally removed Canvas Admin user from Site Admin account

Hey guys,
While we were testing, accidentally got Canvas LMS Admin user removed from Site Admin account from UI (apparently it's the only admin) . It seems we cannot access Canvas LMS through UI or any of tokens (either Access token or oAuth).
Unfortunately reset password is not working due to email settings.
Is there a way to reset the Canvas database setting admin user again?
What is the right approach to reinstate the Admin user back ?
We tried to get to database and setting account_users table's workflow_state field to "active" , but it still says username, password incorrect.
Appreciate any help.
