[ARCHIVED] Account is not authorized to access this application error

When I go to the Coastline Community College Canvas log in, I get an error saying "The account "username" is not authorized to access this application" I've attached a screenshot.

HI  @aguest11  Thank You for your question.

I assume that 'aguest1' is your username. Perhaps try your email address? That is what we use in our instance of Canvas.
