[ARCHIVED] Account locked - too many failed password attempts

Hi - my wife created her observer account but forgot the password. We couldn't find a password reset link, and after too many failed attempts, we got a message that said "Too many failed attempts. Contact your administrator," suggesting that her account is locked. Do you know how we can get her account unlocked and the password reset? Thanks much in advance for the help!!

Hi @Stephen8 - The "administrator" is the local Canvas Support team for your district. Is there a place you can call? Perhaps the main office where your student attends would be a great place to start. I wish there was a better suggestion I could offer! Good luck!
