[ARCHIVED] Add Redirect App Error

I am trying to add the Redirect app from Settings > Apps and when I add the name and URL and tick the top two boxes at the bottom and press Add I get this error:

There was an error in processing your request

Our Admin looked at permissions to see if there was something in there to tweak but found nothing.

Ideas?

Bump. This was closed, I'm assuming because there was no response to the issue, but it's still an issue.
