How do I add a teacher assistant?

Hi @natasha_prosise and welcome to the Community! This document describes how to add users to a course, How do I add users to a course? . As the document states,

Adding users through the Add People button is a course permission. If you cannot add a user to your course, your institution has restricted this feature.

If you can't add a TA to your course, someone at your institution should be able to help you with the process.
