[ARCHIVED] Adding a module, screen spins

I have a teacher who has been trying to add a module, and it keeps spinning, not completing and allowing the module to be added to her course. She has cleared her cache, restarted her laptop and browser, any other suggestions?

Hello  @sherry_candelar ...

Has the teacher tried using a different browser altogether?  For example, if the instructor is using Firefox, what about trying Chrome (or vice versa)?  It's also important to ensure that the web browser of choice is up-to-date.
