I have added a student to my class and emailed them two times to create an account with canvas/mba,instructure.com and they have received nothing. They have checked their email and spam with no luck. I also have students who cannot log in, they forget their login and do not have access to the program.

@robin_salai , sorry to hear about the problems you and your students are having! My recommendation for these types of issues is to contact Canvas Support. You can do this by clicking the Help link and "Report a Problem."
