Is it possible to add a folder with files to a module
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello @zoltan_blum . It isn't currently possible to add an entire folder to a module. This idea has come up several times over the last few years (see https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/7804 and https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/3413" modifiedtitle="true" title="Folders within modules). You may need to request access to cold storage to view these.
Some of the faculty at our institution will create a text header in a module and then add all of the files under this. I prefer to add a single page for the files and then link to all of the files for that modules within this single page so the page functions similar to a folder.
I hope this helps and good luck!

if you mean have a folder in a module and then in that folder all the files, then no. There is an idea conversation on sub-modules which this concept basically is. the first 2 I found were archived. I cannot find any that are active at this time. The first request was back in 2016
the answer/workaround that @ericwerth provided is the best you can do at this time.
