Is there a way to add 1 point to every student's grade for an assignment without manually editing each student's grade in SpeedGrader?

Hi  @u1216957 ‌,

Yes it is, you can do this in the gradebook.  When you click a students score in the column for the assignment it allows you to edit it there.
