my profile, grades and course have disappeared from canvas?

This sounds quite distressing.
Unfortunately I am unable to direct you to your institution Canvas support as I can't see which institution you are enrolled at. However the Canvas Support people may be able to help you with this. Do you have access to the Help button on the bottom left of your Canvas screen? If so that menu will give you access to Canvas Support.
I would also suggest that you check that your browser is compatible with Canvas. This could be a reason for not being able to access or see anything.

Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support?
Note that *Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.*
Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? , but your school’s support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
