[ARCHIVED] Allow a locked quiz to be posted in modules BEFORE the day it opens

I would like my students to be able to see in modules that they will have a quiz on a future day.  However, I also want the test security to keep that quiz locked until the day I want it to open.  If they could see that it was posted in modules, it would serve as a reminder.  It would also be easier for me because I wouldn't have to remember to attach it to a module on the day it opened; it could already be there.

This can be done by publishing the quiz and setting the availability dates; the students then see "this quiz is locked until ..." when they click on it from the module (or Quizzes). The module overview will not show when it opens though, only the due date.
