Is it possible to annotate a PDF file in an assignment from Browser in a PC as submit?

Also Chrome has a flag you can enable for PDF annotations. You can access by going to this link in Google Chrome: chrome://flags/#pdf-annotations

Thank you for the feedback,

Using browser based Canvas, on PC, laptop or in iPads results inability to annotate. While installing KAMI would require the file either be in local storage or in GDrive.

I am more concerned about annotating directly on to the PDF file attached in assignments.

Any work around?
