How to annotate on student submissions that are .docx files and noT PDF? I cant use the speedgrader on my ipad. It's blank.

Hi,

Are you using the Canvas Teacher app or Canvas on the web? If you aren't using the Canvas Teacher app, I would highly suggest you do this. As for annotating on a Word Documents, this is support in the app. If you are having issue annotating on a docx using the Canvas Teacher app I would suggest you contact your local tech support to investigate and possibly put in a Canvas ticket. Thanks.

Thank you for your response @rseilham. Yes, I am using the canvas teacher IOS app. The student submitted an essay using Ms Word file type. The preview pane of the submission page is blank so I can’t annotate. This is the same for all my students.
