[ARCHIVED] Assignments won't load on screen

Canvas won't load recently submitted assignments.  The circle just keeps going round and round and says it's loading.  I can download the pics, but then I can't make annotated comments.   I can see previously submitted assignments, but nothing recent?   What's the deal?

Sorry you're experiencing this.  As you can imagine, with all of the traffic online and in Canvas some things might take a little longer than usual.  This may seem an obvious question, but I know it's one that has been plaguing my day-to-day, are you sure your internet connection is strong and consistent?  A weak or intermittent connection can also prevent loading (I've been battling this all week as so many more people in our neighborhood are online at home!)
