How do I enable the Attendance Roll Call tool? It's not showing up in my LTI list and I'm not seeing how to do it (I'm a Canvas Admin)

As indicated in the blue section at the top of https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10725-67952720324 , the attendance tool first needs to be configured in the account by your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Please ask your CSM for assistance with the configuration.

Hi Stefanie,
I'm a self-hosted Canvas LMS and I'm trying to install the Roll Call LTI but had no success yet.
Do I have to contact the Customer Success Manager (CSM) for installing this LTI? I have searched for the installation of this Roll Call Attendance but seems the others have the same problem - cannot install and there is no help/guideline.
Please help, thank you so much.
Most likely as a self-hosted user of Canvas you don't have a CSM, @ChrisDao ; if you do, that's how to handle this. If not, we recommend that you seek assistance from the participants at Canvas Dev & Friends - Instructure Tech Blog .
