[ARCHIVED] Bonus questions not showing up?

I added two bonus questions at the end of a Quiz, and assigned them 0 points, expecting to manually add "fudge points" for each student.  However, when I go to grade the Quiz, I do not see the bonus questions (nor student responses), so I cannot grade the bonus questions.  
Did I miss something?

(When I did the Preview, I was able to see and answer the bonus questions so I know they are on the Quiz.)

I had been using this method to have bonus points on quizzes and exams on Canvas - I just had exactly this experience. What changed? where did my 0pt question go? It was a fun one :X
