Have confirmed that my chrome version is Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit), but still get the not compatible message.

@baomeifan_study , if you've checked your browser compatibility with the following documentation - https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10720-which-browsers-does-canvas-support - and are still getting that message, then I'd contact Canvas Support to see if they can help. To do this, click on the Help link and "Report a Problem."
