Hi everyone,

We currently have a customer with over 612 people in their course for Catalog and more students enrolling each day since it is ongoing enrollment. On September 19th, we are moving to CAS authentication and with this process, the fill in the blank form screen (custom fields) will be removed. Is there a way to keep this screen and utilize the authentication for just one subcatalog so this organization can get the information they need before students enroll? They are unable to use Survey Monkey or Qualtrics for this.
Thank you in advance for your assistance,
Jessica
