[ARCHIVED] COMPUTER PROBLEMS

My child is having a lot of issues with her computer...at this time she is behind on class work due to it not logging in or now it is saying no profile found...I have called and left messages with someone to please contact me yet no one has called me...she has gone from an A/B student to now having 5 Fs and 1 A. Please if anyone could guide me as to what to do or who to contact it would be greatly appreciated....

Hello,  @387093  Welcome to the Canvas Community! I'm so sorry to hear that technical issues are getting in the way of your child's learning. I found this page of instructions on the Collier County Schools website that might get you and your daughter closer to a solution: Canvas / Canvas Login 

Clicking on the link in the middle of that page will bring you to this login screen: Sign In 

That page has a "Forgot Password" button that reveals options to be notified by email, text, or voice call. I hope that will help your daughter reset her password, join her classes, and resume her learning.
