I am a student that used the camera on the canvas app to upload written answers to an exam last week. I submitted (there was no prompt that any questions had not been answered like on the practice exam) but now my prof is saying I did not submit anything. She wants the pictures I took with their timestamps, but since I used the canvas app they were never saved to my phone. How do I access them via canvas?
Hi Cienna -
If you sign-in to Canvas from a browser, check your Files. If there is any saved data, that would be a great place to start. You should be able to find your course within "Submissions", and those folders are usually listed alphabetically.
Because you said that it didn't submit, there's a chance that it's not there either. With your Canvas Student app, are you able to double-check your Assignment? https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-9834-18561187357
