[ARCHIVED] Can I edit a quiz after it has been published?

First time user!  I want to invite another teacher for another set of eyes before typing in all the questions!

Hi  @jscarinza  and welcome to the Community!  Quizzes can be edited after they have been published.  The following document may be useful, Once I publish a quiz, how do I make additional changes? If the teacher is a member of the class they should be able to access the unpublished quiz though.  Some individuals have the ability to add other teachers to a course from the People's tab (see How do I add users to a course?).  If you have this ability you may be able to add a teacher to your course so they can review the unpublished quiz.  Provided this isn't open to you, you could contact your Canvas administrator and ask for the individual to be temporarily added to review the quiz.  This is just a thought.

I tried to "resend invite", but it told me that it couldn't until the class

was published. But since I have not yet invited any students, I guess

there's no harm in publishing to make sure things work and then

finishing the quiz?

Probably not  @jscarinza   As this document describes, How do I publish a course?, you can unpublish a course again if desired unless there is a graded submission.  Being said, even if the invitation is not sent, if you add someone to your course as a teacher and they log in to Canvas, they should be able to see the course.  You should not need to publish the course in order for another person in a teacher role to see the content.
