[ARCHIVED] Can I get notifications by inbox only?

I'm trying to get notifications in my inbox only. I don't want them in my school email.  Can that be configured? For instance if a student submits something to be graded I will to get a notification in my Canvas inbox and not my school email.  

Any ideas?

Hi @tjohnston 

You can go to your notification settings and turn off notifications to your email address, but there is no option to set your Canvas inbox as a destination for your notifications.

Most "to do" items like papers needing graded will show in the "To Do" list in th upper right corner of the Dashboard, but not all things that have notifications also appear on the Dashboard.

Thank you so much for your help. I appreciate it and I really like Canvas. It seems illogical however to not have the option of Canvas notifications appearing in the Canvas inbox.
