Is it possible for you to copy the assignment and just assign it to those 4 students?

You can create the quiz and then use the "assign to" feature in classic Quizzes (What options can I set in a quiz?‌) or New Quizzes (How do I create an assessment using New Quizzes? ) to assign the quiz to those 4 students.
