Onliine course of HLHS Medical Terminology that is tied in with McGrawHill Connect. Assignments from Connect automatically graded and goes to gradebook - no problem.
Problem: one assignment in Connect is a Pronunciation Assignment that I have to go into Connect and manually grade - no problem there either.
The problem with this assignment is that when the student does it in Connect, it records ZERO in the gradebook till I go in and grade it - and until I do, that ZERO drops the student's overall grade until I grade it - Gradebook sees it as a ZERO and it reflects that in the student grade.
In the Edit of just this Assignment (as the assignment counts as points) Would it work in the Edit of Display Grade - that it is changed to NOT Graded instead of points, would that show in the gradebook as Not Graded until I go in and grade it with the hopes that it would not reflect in the student grade? Just wondering (afraid to try it
