Using "Free for Teachers" version with students self-enrolling via 5-character code. How can a student enroll in TWO different courses of mine? Currently, they follow the unique URL to enroll in course 1 with enrollment code. Then, to enroll in course 2 they are still prompted to make a new account. We can't find a place to just add a course via join code. Help?

Sorry your question has been sitting here for so long. I don't use this feature, so I'm not sure if it will work or not, but what if you added a "join this course" link to your course homepage? In addition, there should be an "enroll" link that you could use rather than the "register" link. See this guide for more information - https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-1940

Ah, it was just that simple. I should have been using the full URL enrollment link rather than just giving them the join code for the additional courses after the first. Thanks Kona.
Happy to help!
