[ARCHIVED] Can't Write HTML in New Editor?

So, this has just started happening the last couple days. When I switch over to the "Pretty" HTML editor and begin typing a tag the HTML editor will send me to the bottom of the editor. Super annoying and makes it unusable for me. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Here is a GIF showing the problem. I had a coworker using a different browser try and he was also getting the same behavior.
