[ARCHIVED] Can't Write on PDF Submissions

The last week, many of my student's PDF submissions are no longer giving me the option to write on them to give feedback using my Apple Pencil.  Today, assignments I had this option for yesterday are no longer able to do this with.  All the submissions are PDFs and I am grading them through the Canvas Teacher App on my iPad.

Hi! I tried this in a test course, and I experience the same thing. Have you opened a case with Support? How do I contact Canvas Support? 

I noticed that it happens inconsistently -- meaning, some PDF submissions had the annotation ability and others did not. Do you experience that too?
