[ARCHIVED] Can't access my child's coursework or resources
keep getting Access Denied with a Lock icon when I try to access 2 of my child's classes - happens when I click on the Coursework & on the Resources button.
Hi Zachary - Are you able to open the courses at all, or do you see the message when you initially open from the dashboard? If it's the latter, it may be that the courses are not available to students or observers at this time. Some instructors keep content restricted to the current term.
