[ARCHIVED] Can't open student submissions

I think that this is related to the update.  Ever since the update I can't open any uploaded files from students.  I have asked students to upload a google doc for me to grade but when I go to speedgrader, I get a message that the file contains HTML and cannot be read.  I have tried downloading the submission but that is nonsense.  

For one of the assignments, I made the assignment before the update and I can read those submissions but submissions after the update cannot be read. 

The students are accessing their drive through the google tab that shows up when they try to submit. 

How can I see my student's work?
