[ARCHIVED] Can't see an option to download written feedback

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help! I'm providing technical support on one of our courses, and one of the students doesn't have the option to download their written feedback from an assignment whereas I'm told others in her cohort have been able to do so. There are no annotations, just written feedback as a comment. Am I missing something?
