[ARCHIVED] Can we set up Canvas ourselves? Or do we need PD?

Hello everyone!

My latest Question is About the Setup process for Canvas.

To Keep Costs down and to Speed up the Transition, it might be that we have to use an in-house Team to kick off and then guide staff through the set up process.

How feasible is it to quickly create an in-house admin Team and get everyone on the platform?

How Long might it take to get an Institution of around 800 students and staff onto Canvas?
