[ARCHIVED] Can you copy a rubric to use as a basis for a second, very similar rubric?

Can you copy an existing rubric so that you can have a second version that you can make minor modifications to and use for the same class? For example, I want the rough draft and final draft of an assignment to have essentially the same rubric, with the same criterion, but the point values should be different since the final draft is worth more.
