I'm not exactly sure what you are asking in your question.  Can you tell us if you are an instructor or a student at your school?  Normally, to log out of Canvas, all you need to do is to click on the "Account" icon in the left-hand global navigation menu, and then click the "Logout" button.  These Guides also explain the process:
