I teach young children, elementary school aged children, who do not always know the day of the week. If we end up having to conduct classes online this year because of COVID, it would be very helpful to be able to embed the date and day of the week in a Canvas page so they don't have to look far afield. I've looked around quite a bit, and while I have a pretty good idea of how to do it in general, I'm less sure of how to do it in Canvas. The possibilities I've tried so far have not worked. Ideally the output would look something like:
